[Text/Editor Zhang Chenjing of Observer Network/Zhang Hongri] TikTok actively took the plan, and the Trump government was "unable to read it back".
TikTok, a short video application that has occupied the front page of the US media for several months in a row and is regarded by the US government as a "national security threat", seems to have been forgotten by Trump after the election.
Seeing that the deadline for the "trading ban" is approaching (November 12), the Trump government has lost its voice.
On November 10, CNBC of the United States sent a message to it, saying, "Remember TikTok?" The report quoted insiders as saying that TikTok had not had meaningful dialogue with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for several weeks.
On the same day, TikTok also issued a statement that they actively communicated with CFIUS, but have not yet received any substantive feedback from CFIUS.
Therefore, they had to appeal to the court again to apply for stopping the "trading ban" of compulsory divestiture of TikTok's business in the United States.

To avoid the so-called "national security concerns", TikTok executives are still interested in completing technical cooperation with Oracle, but they have not received news from Trump's government for several weeks.
November 12 was the deadline set by the U.S.
Foreign Investment Commission (CFIUS) earlier for TikTok to sell its U.S.
assets.
However, TikTok has not received any feedback on this matter, and CFIUS has not yet explained what the consequences would be if TikTok did not divest its U.S.
assets.
Under such uncertainty, on November 10, TikTok was forced to submit an indictment to the Court of Appeal of the District of Columbia of the United States, requesting a review of the CFIUS action led by the Trump Government.
TikTok said in the statement that although they disagreed with CFIUS's previous assessment results, TikTok had actively communicated with CFIUS over the past year to address its "national security" concerns.
"In nearly two months after the President initially approved our proposal, we provided a detailed solution for the final agreement, but we did not receive any substantive feedback from CFIUS on the data privacy and security framework.".
TikTok also said that the company has applied to CFIUS to extend the deadline for 30 days, but has not yet received any reply.
At present, as the effective period of the presidential decree is approaching and the execution has not been postponed, TikTok has to appeal to the court to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company and employees.
TikTok is willing to sell part of its business in the United States.
The buyers of this complex transaction include Oracle and Wal Mart.
Trump approved this transaction in September, but it has been pending since.
As for the "forgetting" of the Trump government, the U.S.
technology media, the verge, quipped that TikTok "reminded" the Trump government that it had forgotten the ban and wanted to know what had happened.
